2nd road trip with the new LX and the HUD is stuck and won’t change. Power cycled the car and the HUD toggle a few times and it just keeps coming back up with the same thing. Anyone ever seen this?

That’s what I’m going to try in the morning unless someone has a better idea. I’ve also have the infotainment system act weird a couple times and freeze up. It rebooted fine while driving but thought it was weird.Haven't seen it. Have you try disconnecting the 12v battery for about 10-30 mins?
Carplay does that once in a while for me, but only in one exact spot on my work commute. Radio interference is the culprit as the GX550 did the same thing in the same location. That’s what I’m going to try in the morning unless someone has a better idea. Had that with my Lx600 at a very specific location in town. Oddly enough, happened every time with the 600, only 20% of the time with my 700Carplay does that once in a while for me, but only in one exact spot on my work commute. Had my first electronic software niggle yesterday. Here's the note I wrote for Lexus:Drove it this morning and it’s fine again. Guess it got to sit all night and think about what it did.
Didn't Lexus said that if the hybrid system fails, it should still start and run as an ICE only?Had my first electronic software niggle yesterday. Here's the note I wrote for Lexus:

Lx700h malfunction
Filled up with gas, attempted to turn on. Check engine light, error message noting "hybrid system not engaged" and unable to shift. Cycled ignition three times with the same error. Turned off, opened hood, tapped on passenger side electronics, closed hood, everything worked as usual thereafter.
My brother, and I used to joke about the future of cars where you'd have to turn off and restart the car for things to work, just like our computers. I guess we're at that stage now.
Yep. The vehicle wouldn't start the engine. Odd. Again, will be talking about the issue with Lexus.Didn't Lexus said that if the hybrid system fails, it should still start and run as an ICE only?
