Get a call from Courtney (daughter) this morning around 10 am. She's been driving the 60 over at Chico for 5-6 weeks now. So she calls this morning and says "Dad, the wagon's gone"...my BP just about hit the roof. Say's "what do I do?" I say have you called the cops yet? she says not yet I wanted to call you first.
So I tell her to call the cops to find out if it has been towed and if not to report a stolen cruiser then get back to us.

She calls back to tell us that it had been towed this morning. What a relief to get that call. Told her to get down there and get it back into her hands . She called back 20 minutes later and said she had it home again. $80 for the get out of jail card. Beats the heck out of a missing wagon.

FWIW I lost two vehicles to theft while there at State. One from student parking and one from the back of the mall.

Look at this as an opportunity to add security to that 60, especially if it is spec'd.

yup...probably look into that when she brings it home. I'm pretty certain she learned not to park in someone's driveway in front of the garage door even if the neighbor says it's ok.
Rig is basically stock except for an OME lift but pretty clean. Very glad it's not MIA...

Wow! Only $80 bucks is exciting. That seems like an amazing bargain. Lucky she did not get it towed in San Francisco.
