This morning after I took my 2014 LX 570 to a 4 wheels alignment, I just noticed that the Easy Access Mode feature no longer works.

This icon is on the dashboard but when I turned off my engine, the vehicle no longer automatically lowers down. It has been working fine. So, here's what I happened before the alignment. The vehicle has been sitting in the garage in high mode for a couple of days because I was greasing the driveshaft and diagnosing excessive oil underneath the vehicle. So, how do I go about troubleshooting it no longer works?

Hook up a scanner, pull codes and reset if any. Can also try disconnecting the battery for a half hour or so.

Generally, a sign of a hidden DTC for AHC. You will probably need something that can specifically scan the AHC ECU. A little while back a forum member had a failed actuator that he discovered by noticing Easy Access stopped working. There was a DTC for the specific actuator, so made troubleshooting not too bad.

So, here's what I did. I let the vehicle parked in the lowest mode for over night and the next day it works again. If I let the vehicle park in highest mode for some hours then it no longer works until I let it park in lowest mode for a certain amount of hours and then it'll work again. I'm not sure why...I'm guessing it could be that my vehicle is just old.
