I recently put an ome lift on my 84 fj60. i have bfg 33*10.5 at tires, I built a ramp and drove with one rear tire on the ramp. I went high enough for the one rear tire to get 15 inches above grade. At this point my protractor read 8 degrees out of level. I really dont want to roll it in my driveway that would look pretty bad.so the question is how high can i go and how to test safely. any ideas thanks

I don't have much to say regarding your #'s or your methods, but articulation stops when you hit the bumpstop, sheetmetal, etc on the high side, or the low side tire lifts. That's max articulation.
I will say that if your 8 degrees translated somewhat to degrees of body roll, then you could 4x that # with reasonable safety while sitting still. An experienced wheeler could top that while negotiating a trail.

get rid of the ramp and take it to a trail. learn to drive it and dont worry about an rti score.

only thing a ramp is good for is make sure nothing interferes
