Mine are in a poor shape. I got brand new replacements (see pic) but i dont see how I can replace them. I guess this is not brute force ?

Take a large screwdriver and wedge down between the seat back panel and the top edge of the vinyl back of the seat. About 1” from each edge you’ll feel the clips. Pull the screwdriver up and slide it on top of the clip and lever the screwdriver as you firmly pull down and out on the seat back panel. You feel it pop. The netting uses non-removable clips. It takes patience and some side- cutters pliers to cut them off so you can remove them.

How To: Repair Sagging Seat Back Pocket on LC

The clips that hold them in are difficult to get out. I found the easiest way is to located the two white clips about 2" from each edge which are just behind the seatback cover. The trick is not to remove the clip, but slide the base of the clip out of its holder on the seatback cover. Just stick a straight edge (plastic) straight down and slide firmly towards the center of the seat. The clips just slide out and the the cover comes off.
