So I broken one on each side of the sway bar bushing bracket and link bolts while attempting to change the bushings. Appears the nut is welded on in the back side, what’s the best way to fix this? Is drilling it out the only way? Thanks!

In case you can weld, weld a nut on the leftover bolt.

I personally can't weld, would likely try to grind the nut off and then have a bolt going all the way through with a new nut.

Learn from your mistakes (I had to). When you have these bolts going through the frame with a captured nut you can easily snap the heads off if you do not alternate loosening and tightening. The issue is built up corrosion on the exposed threads and Mr. T likes to use bolts twice as long as they need to be. If you can access the back of the bolt and hit it with a wire brush and penetrate it will help. However, you will loosen until the force becomes uncomfortable, then tighten the bolt 2-3 turns, back it out again, and repeat until you can comfortably remove the bolt. Then buy one of these to clean up the nut/bolt. As it sits you will need a couple drill bits. One for a pilot hole and the another to turn slow and bite. This usually results in the remains of the bolt threading into the cavity where you can reverse the drill and remove.
