Just looking for advice on a bushing kit for the above that is relatively simple for a newb like myself to tackle for my LX470? The original AHC suspension has been removed and an ironman foam cell kit has been installed - that should not have any impact on the bushings with the current control arms? any advice is much appreciated.

"relatively simple" is new control arms which come with bushings. OEM or aftermarket. Simple.
Just bushing. They're either OEM rubber or aftermarket rubber or polyurethane. Which require pressing out and then in new bushing. PITA requiring more tools.
