how to remove rear slider windows?

A add on to this: I was doing body work on a bad patch of rust by my lower quarter panel by the wheel well. I just assumed the rust was from salty roads over the years, but I dug into the very bottom of the interior and quarter panel (where the factory sub is) and it actually already came from my sliding windows leaking. It has been doing it for a while because it is rusted pretty bad.
