How to Remove Front Fender Apron?

About to pull the exhaust manifolds to fix the annoying ticks, but want to make sure I don't break the clips that hold this in. Can anyone divulge how these are held in place and the proper way to remove them?

I yanked mine out... A few of them broke and I bought replacements.
