How to remove door panel on 16 Land Cruiser?

I need to replace the speaker in the front passenger door on the 16 LC I just picked up. On certain songs I can hear a distinct crackling that's driving me nuts. The speaker should be here on Saturday, so I was going to replace this week. I found the below post which verbally describes removal of the door panel, but does anyone have the page out of the FSM or the like to assist? I doubt there's any changes from 08-16, but it would certainly be welcome if anyone can assist.

I expect it's the same as other years.

-Pop off trim panel on arm-rest and remove a couple screws...with sound terrible, but not gonna break.
-Pop out the plate behind the door-open handle on the inside and remove screw.
-Pop off foot-light covers on door panel bottom
-Use trim removers or putty knife to pop the door panel off starting at the bottom. It will sound terrible, but they are just plastic clips popping out of their holes.

Here is a walkthrough from ClearView Mirrors...that also require removal of door panels. Should help:
