How to fix fiberglass cap separation

Any ideas on how to fix this separation? I'm about to toss my top back on and need to come up with a simple method of binding the seam.

I assume you're talking about separation between top and rain gutter?

Sorry Alex, photo upload fail. Should be fixed now.

Weld the broken rain gutter back together. Fill in the gaps with resin, re-rivet the cap to the gutter and then use this 3M sealer on top of the rivets.
