How to delete ALL stored marked waypoints and destinations in navigation system 2005 LC 100 (4 Viewers)

I've searched far and wide here with no luck, and I also even read my manual for the navigation package front to back, esp page 91. (2005 LC)!!!

How do I delete all previous marked locations and waypoints from the memory of my 2005 Land Cruiser navigation system, when selling the vehicle?

Thanks so much. (Tried to go into NAV, setup, presets to delete previous destinations and that's not where it can happen??.). PS disconnecting battery doesn't work: I've replaced 3 batteries in my 20 years of ownership, and memory points stay each time... Car even set idle for three or four months on a couple different occasions, and battery dead is a doornail and way points remain..

I'm responding without trying this first, but what about doing them one at a time?
Don't know how many you have of course , or just keep it! Everyone who sells seems to regret it.

Thanks for the reply Rob, but there didn't even seem to be a link to do that, as odd as that seems. When you try clicking on that location within the long list of stored points, it just wants you to be able to go to that location ( not delete it). The actual interface on screen seems to be different from the manual.

And yes, I don't want somebody showing up to my "home" someday are any of my other friends or various locations in there, with God knows what kind of request or annoyance.

I looked at mine today, knowing that there were some points left from the PO.
Surprise! There were no previous destinations. I was going to mess with it to try to help.
In my book it's page 95. for a 2007. The only thing that I can imagine deleted them was that when i was doing the timing belt along with
radiator , alternator, all hoses etc, (couple of years ago) I had the battery unhooked for about a week.
I'm thinking that's long enough for the memory power to bleed off?
You probably don't want to invest a week to find out but I've heard of people disconnecting the battery and then touching the battery cables together
to drain off that memory effect when they didn't have a code reader. BOTH CABLES OFF OF BATTERY!! No power to car.
Your mileage may vary and don't do it unless you're sure you understand what I'm suggesting.

Was gonna say, @MikeK disconnecting for how long?
I'd leave it for at least 24hr just to be safe.
And what @RapidRob said about both sides and also touching the cables together to try and drain the system more.
Not sure if the 2nd part actually does anything but If I need to drain the entire system and be sure its dead this is what I do.
Better to make sure its fully drained than have an airbag blow when your fking with it.
