how much lift do i have??

just curious if you have a guess as to how much lift i have on this rig from the PO's set up?

im planning on going to a OME 2.5" lift in the future at some point.. just curious how it will compare to what im currently running.

note: truck is sitting on 33x12.5R16 BFG AT's

looks like 6 inches

my lift is 6 inches, and here is a pic to compare. i do not believe that the tire size will help you determine the lift amount.

Hard to tell from that angle, do you have any side profile pics? How long are those shackles?

Hi All:

The leaf springs look to be fairly flat - I'd guess they are stock, so all the lift is from those over-length shackles.

What is the length, from shackle pin to shackle pin?

your right the springs are virtually flat.... measurement from pin to pin on the shackle is a hair over 6"

In that case I would have to agree with Alan that you have stock springs and your lift is soley from the shackles

Stock shackles are ~2.75 - 3" eye to eye. Yours look to be about 5". That means you are getting about 1" worth of lift (1/2 the height of the extended shackle) from your shackles. You could always measure them to be sure.

1/2" to an 1". not enough to keep your tires out of the fenders, unless they've been cut.

yes, would be a great fit. in hard flex, you may still get into the fender a little bit with that wide of a tire, but you'd have to flex it pretty good to do so.
