The dealership owners are family friends. Everything was handled very honestly and fairly.
Have you had it serviced recently? 100+ heat and ours works fine sitting in traffic or at a light. Not nearly as humid here though.

Sorry don't mean to threadjack but I have a tangentially related question. I tried searching and couldn't find a related thread and didn't want to start a new thread first.
Is there a pricing/price paid thread for the LC or GX, or both? Looking to put a deposit down for either at MSRP but having difficulty finding a dealership here in downstate NY willing to do so. I've called about 4 different dealerships and all of them are slapping on $4k+ markups.

It would be interesting to see a repair breakdown if that required $10k to fix just the plastics. Wonder if it took out some sensors too?

Dealer said the big ticket was mostly the headlight assembly but did not give me the price. The parts list was no itemized. He compared to his headlight replacement on his LX at $3600. I replaced the assembly on my LX and the part was $800.
