Oddly feels like it runs better the more miles it sees. Still on the original head gasket, no issues, might redo in the next year to bump my PSI back up. Last measured was about 140+/-5. EDIT: Last sentence retracted. I figured for a 3-FE (I have a 92) stock compression would be ~180psi. Just looked up the FSM and its 150+/-7 with a min of 114PSI. I think that's extra impressive to be at 300K and only down about 7% off factory.

Bought my '97 at 118000 about 2 years ago. it was rode hard, but mechanically well maintained. About 125000 now and we're about to criss-cross the state a few times shuttling kids to colleges and sightseeing, etc...

Almost exactly 4 years of owning it, Not quite broken in yet...
