I have an 04 LC with 80k miles on it, bone stock except for torsion bar crank and no running boards, I am even running the original tire size. The guy I bought it from had all four corners done at 40K miles.

The receipt from Brake Specialists says: "front and rear includes new pads and replacement or resurfacing drums/rotors and or packing bearings (if applicable).

Am I going to have to do all of this again? Brakes are squeaking but only when I go in reverse.

Thanks in advance.

Depends if you are those stop and go kinda drivers. Or if you spend all day crawling on rocks.

I'd just jack one side of the car up, take the wheel off, open up the caliper, and check the condition of the pads. It'll take like 10 minutes.

Good rule of thumb is when the pad material is thinner than the backing plate, replace 'em. They just can't dissipate heat when the pad material is that thin, and it wont be long before the backing plate is grinding on the rotor.
