How hard is it to replace the grill on a 2001 LX 470?

How hard is it to replace the grill? Is it a just a couple of bolts or a lengthy installation?

I am asking because on a wimp, I bought a Lund Billet Aluminum grill. I am conservative with anything blingy and I don't even know if I will like the look or not.

It is going on a Gold LX 470 with the only modifications on the outside being 17" Rock Warriors. Everything else is OEM.
