1) first he takes the bed off
2) then he cuts the top off

Ok, Mike, Erik, and I cut the top off. Erik made us do it. Please disregard the beer cans in these pictures as they have no relevance whatsover.

Thanks to Bob, Mike C., Erik, and Heather for a fun day Saturday.

We managed to:

• Part out a rolled '79 mini truck
• Pull a bad 20R out of another mini-truck
• Drop in the good 22R from the rolled mini in place of the bad 20R
• Cut the bed and cab off of Erik's mini
• Pull the tranny/transfer from Erik's mini and replace it with the one from the rolled mini
• Drink beer
• Eat pizza

Now to get them all running!

The rolled mini had a couple of "interesting" traits, other than the fact the PO painted everything orange. The front suspension consisted of coil over leaf springs. He had coil over shocks on the rear.
