Do you want my cladding? Check the benc winch bumper thread see if it matches... I have the front bumper too It has a few scratches and whatnot but make an offer if ya want it

Where are you located? I have an insurance assesor coming Monday to give me a quote and check. I doubt I will be replacing with factory plastic bumpers. This is the time to go with steel. BenC for the front and SLEE for the rear. The insurance quote will probably not cover that but it will help. I really just need the passenger side door panels and trim piece around the fender. 3 pieces total. The rear bumper will get repaired when I replace it will a trail bumper.

So I had the insurance company do the inspection today and they gave me a check for 2k. I now need to start replacing parts. White knuckle sliders and a BenC DIY front bumper will get ordered soon. All the damaged plastic junk has to go. What I still need is some cladding. I need the passenger side front and rear door panel cladding pieces in the dark metallic silver color. I thought I had a member who was going to help me out but he isn't responding to messages anymore. Maybe he decided to keep his cladding, no worries. Anyone out there with the cladding removed from their LX470 that wants to get rid of it? I have no idea how many color options are out there for the cladding, but I can only think of possibly two colors. I think I have seen a metallic gold color. I need the silver color.

No luck with me, I've trashed mine.

so that would mean there is at least 3 colors of cladding. White, silver, and gold.

I could definitely use the cladding and rear bumper. The issue is that your up in Oregon. I do a trip every other year to Sisters, OR to visit family. Unfortunately I went last year and wont be going again until until summer of 2016. do you know if all the cladding is the metallic gray color like on the LX450 or is there different colors of cladding? I have the silver paint with gray metallic cladding combo.

It's the metallic gray color. Do you just need the door pieces? Or do you also need the piece on the rocker panel? The door pieces should be easy enough to ship via UPS or FedEx. Mine are still on the truck, but I could probably pull them off this weekend or next...

Here's a pic I took last year...

That's the color I need. I need the two door pieces. I thought that piece between the door and fender was one little piece but apparently I was wrong. My wife just informed me that the strip goes down along the fender and door and all the way underneath both doors to the front fender. It's one huge L shaped piece. I guess I will just leave that piece alone and buff out as much of the damage as possible. So I just need to two door panels. PM coming.

Well.... I was wrong about the color. that color looked REALLY close to the color on my LX470 and I assumed that Toyota/Lexus would never make cladding in colors that were really similar. Wrong!! I got the cladding from Viderestudios and it was a dark metallic gray as described. I just went out to install it on my LX470 and the grays don't match. Mine is a lighter silvery metallic gray. Viderestudio was super nice and did a great job on packaging and quick shipping. No complaints on that end. I just made a poor assumption. So I'm back in the hunt for some LIGHT silvery metallic gray cladding for my LX470. I need the two pieces that go on the passenger front and back door.

So nobody with the light metallic cladding sitting in their garage collecting dutst?
