Hopefully it will just peel off if you let it dry completely. I have a couple of plastic paint roller trays that I have reused several dozen times. I don't clean them out when done, I just wait until the paint has dried and peel it out in one big piece. you may have to use goof-off on the rubber parts, it will take latex paint off no problem, I don't know what it would do to the truck's paint though.

This is a challenge, but I think it's possible. I would try:
1. Aforementioned peeling
2. Pressure washer
3. Rubbing alcohol
In that order

I used a clothes steamer I got off of CL for $20 worked good,
I wouldn’t recommend a paint steamer because if I got the pain to hot it started to get gummy. The little bit of left over residue I steamed again and wiped off with a rag.

Hope that helps someone in the future

Thanks for your replies
