I see Lane is working on his disk brakes. What else has everyone been working on? Here are pic of one of mine. I had Cruiser Solutions do their handywork on the rear of my truck, taking it back to stock looking. The trailer is a HUGE M105, not for expeditions, but just as a utility trailer for Home Depot runs, mulch, leaves, etc. I reversed the lunette, changed the lights to LEDs, and changed the axle. The wheel studs, and lug nuts were changed to Toyota truck parts. Every posting on mud goes against the M105 for its size and weight, but the price on Government Liquidation was right, and I should only have to make 1 trip vice 10 to the recycle center during leaf season.

Maybe I didn't see the rear of the truck before but what did they do?

Picked up some steel to start my front bumper.

i have had a lot of projects this winter the one going on right now is head gasket on my friends 1st gen 4runner...managed to snap the head of a head bolt :rolleyes:time to break out the welder hopefully that is the only problem i run into

They did all of it. Here is the before.

Wow. They did a lot. Looks good.

been also working on a chrome bath for Leaping deers new bumper

So JP when are you planning on mounting that ATV winch on the front of your LV? We know its all for show anyway and it won't actually make it into the woods, maybe out of the garage it its lucky :flipoff2:.

Did you get a full stick that you want to share the cost with? : )

Sent you a PM Lane. I got it from a local guy on Mud.

Finished my 40 with the new paint, clutch, etc and have it running perfectly. I'll never need another cruiser.

Then I sold it and now have a diesel 44 coming.

(Get down with the sickness)

.

I think its getting the M12K. not sure how that winch would fit on an atv.
why on earth would I want to let it out of the garage? I have much more fun with it in the garage. but it will hit the trail. i always end up on the hard trails...:bounce2:

I've got my buddy taking the box tube to work today to cut it on the band saw. He is also going to cut down the universal winch mount that I picked up from Cruiser Nerd and delivered by Spud (thanks guys).

Didn't you buy a 12k winch and then sell it because it was too big? I'm thinking a 2-3k ATV winch would be sufficient on Wilima to move it around the shop.

By the way your heater is sitting on my garage. It might find its way into a box one of these days. If your lucky I'll have it to the post office by the end of next month.

exccellent i can get it into the chrome bath with your bumper then.

ther eis a local house that has a turn table in the grage so you can turn the car around inside. maybe i should get one of those instead.

I kinda wish I could sell my (3) winter project, but it's not really worth anything in its current state.

Alright, post it up what do you have. What are you looking to trade it for?

the 40 is rolling along nicely, motor/trany/tcse is in and clearances have been checked, etc. The body is going to come off once I get the money to have it media blasted. We are moving to a new house/shop in June or early July so I realy want this thing to be moving on its on semi-assisted power by then.

The 52 chevy PU project is slower than I would like, but its not a big deal, it was meant to be a cheep, long term project. Ill work on it after the move :)

BTW, winter is over out here, I have a full work schedule, thats going to realy cut into the 40 time.

And if building

My 40? I need it for at least a few more weeks. I could use a good fuel efficient daily driver possibly. Maybe a half decent 60...

I really have to think about it.
