How about this one? High miles, good service record.

I had a salesman send me photos it's cashmere inside, no body damage, stock wheels.

I've been dd an 80 for 10 years and I have all the leaks, so I think it's better as a second car now.
By all the leaks I mean possible main crank seal, oil pump cover, oil pan, washer fluid lines, radiator and rear bypass T thingy above back of engine. Power steering leaks and the windshield leaks and the rear windows are off their tracks and are open about 4" all the time.

Been looking at this (linked above) for the last 10 days. Best carfax I've seen. Haven't been able to create an account at lexusOwners.
The high miles intimidates me. My plan is to keep a 200 for 10+ years. I'd budget about 1k a year for service, something I stopped doing on the 80 bc I can fix that myself (which i never get around to).

I don't want to overpay and be upside-down. I don't like that feeling, even if it's temporary.

Opinions?

I didn’t see any actual pics, but for reference I bought a 2009 black with tan and 209k miles for 17500 four years ago.
Mileage is mostly irrelevant on these trucks.
Look for one that saw regular maintenance and has no rust.
You’ll spend a few thousand f baseline and getting back on maintenance schedules, and then probably smooth sailing for many years.

That seems like a great price in this market.
Go for it!

Yup. Good price. Now all your forum members will be competitors. Better lock it in quick.

My experience Is mileage is irrelevant. Rust is the only thing that can kill these rigs. Maybe negotiate an AHC fluid swap into the deal.

If this one is still for sale it would be a great one. Awesome service records, 2 owner, Nashville lexis dealer maintained. Not to mention better than casmier interior

@slowgreen - I'm in Nashville and can go take a look at it in person if helpful.

Saw that you weren't able to lookup the LexusOwners history. I was able to add the VIN to my account. I copy/pasted the history into a PM for you.

Let me know if that didn't come through and I can send you a PDF.

Price seems decent. FWIW, I paid $26k for a 2010 LX570 with 150k miles last summer. Some paint issues, but no rust, good interior (not "clean" but not beat up). You'll probably end up upside down once the economy returns to a more normal state (i.e. no more supply shortages), but it is what it is. Vehicles depreciate, that's life. The last two years have been the exception to the rule. Coming from an 80, it will be a totally different beast and you'll really enjoy the power

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the feedback. The one in Memphis had the torque convertor and transmission replaced at 80k. Meanwhile I requested pictures of the underside of the on in Nashville. Edit: no rust.

I would have bought the Nashville one last week if my gal would have said yes. I was a phone call away from doing it and we decided to stay with what we have. It’s a dang good one from what I can tell

I helped my BIL buy a car from that dealer in Nashville. They were fair enough to work with. At the time, they had a white LX470 in this showroom that was the for the owners father. I think they like their LX's over there.

Test drove the LX570 & took 60 pics yesterday for the OP. Best of luck on your decision @slowgreen!
