Hot flavor sauces

I have two items to suggest. The Ghost Pepper is very hot. I like Indian food and this stuff is hot.

Serrano is a nice medium sauce.

But not let wives and kids near either of them....

Blair's jalapeno death sauce is tasty.I would say it's a medium hot sauce.Yellow Bird next on the list, followed by Secret Aardvark.

I have a kid (daughter) that has learned the finer things about heat from dad. She crushes tepins in everything.
(Like the cruiser content, btw).
This stuff has great flavor.

This for all Asian food. Crispy red pepper flakes in oil...adds way more depth than siracha

I try most all of them and can't pass a hot sauce shop without going in.

I still prefer the Dave's trio pack and always have it in cabinet fro cheese and cracker snacks and mix-ins for burritos, eggs and soups.

Then I have powders for fries, bloody mary's, misc toppers for steaks and burgers. Just depends on the mood.

But a dash will damn sure do ya! Two dashes.... well.... you CAN understand.
