horn fuse location on 98?

My horn is not working I replaced the relay and still nothing. I cannot locate the fuse which I realize is absurd but can anyone point me in the right direction? I even asked the parts person at the dealership when I bought the relay- they too where clueless about the fuse location.

There should be a fuse right next to the relay.
