I backed out yesterday. Sent him $4,000.00 through paypal, and offered to bring $9750.00 in cash. He requested a cashiers check. I sent him a cashiers check and bought flights for me and my two sons for the 23rd. He calls yesterday and says he has a problem with the cashiers check that it's not going to clear for 7 days. I told him that I had offered to bring cash and he wanted the check. I was fed up at this moment as I had flights, etc.
So I asked if he would send my money back. He agreed to. I'm at peace with it. The more I looked at it with the fender flares and the gray below the door trim the less I loved it. The guy was just too spooky, exhausting.

I've been emailing the seller of this vehicle since yesterday morning. Just saw this post. Initially i was REALLY confused thinking the current seller had just purchased the vehicle and is selling it weeks later. Now that you have @mreedbmwm3 have backed out it makes more sense know. I could not be more spooked. I thought it was weird it took about a week for the seller to reply to my inquiry email about his vehicle. Now i know why. @mreedbmwm3 can you shoot me a PM if you have a moment?

13500 for 250k miles seems incredibly overpriced regardless of condition.

for a few K more, you can get a mint one with 1/2 the miles. Having said that, I'm glad prices are high!
