depends how tall you are and what you want to do with it
Good points. I got long legs,like to think in long distances and there are as many of the 500-600cc bikes as the 250s around here.

I have a 30" inseam, weigh 150 lbs and there are no Honda NX's around here. I would snag that 250 in a heartbeat if it was close.
None of the other trail bikes interest you?

I ride a Yamaha XT225 daily and love it. I just really like the NX's and have always wanted one.

My Hilux is now on it's 4th engine removal and I'm going to school full time, less than 2miles away...so no, I wouldn't NEED the 650...but WANT is another story...

no. The 250 is water cooled. The 125 and 650 are not.
THIS 250 is a 6speed....

How the heck can you mangle "delivered" so badly but then get "unbeknownst" correct?!

"unbeknownst" isn't even in my spell check. according to it, it's misspelled. 
He's prolly too big for it. You have to like that bike for what it is to want it. It fits in for me, but somebody like Skillet, he'll prolly be looking for more.
It could work for him, but he'd have to want it to.
I'm 5'7" @ 150. The guy I bought it from was a gorilla, a big weight lifter type @250, 6'. He said it would do 70 but was too close to red line, not b/c it ran out of power.
