Finally got my rack dialed in for the 100! Thing is huge. Workingclass designed and did most of the work, I just grabbed tools and learned.

Looks damn good for home made! If I tried making one myself it would have 2x4's and bungee cord everywhere.

It looks like it is mounted a little high, is there a reason for the extra space between the roof and the floor?

If you don't mind me asking what did you do all of your bends with? Bender wise?

Bender is produced by JD squared. Don't know much about it because it is not mine. It's a hand bender and works great!

Very cool, I have read a lot of good reviews on those and the ease of use. They have some good videos as well on "how-to". Appreciate the information. The rack looks cool I like how you did the raised front.

More importantly, I'm interested to hear more about your Surely Mtn bike based on the sticker on your rear window. Any photos?

Been riding a Surly Crosscheck for a while now as my "all purpose" bike. It is the SUV of bikes!

I will dig up some pics.

My riding buddy just got the Pugsly so he let me hop on while he took my rockhopper comp ss...thing handles like a boat but it sure was fun...almosst felt like i was riding a full suspension bike

Rack looks like it could haul some bikes and firewood. Moon bike?

Wow! She's got a great rack! I'm inspired!
