humbling....that is one sweet set up!

Beautiful work, but I can't imagine how the fridge would get enough air over the condensing coil in there. Maybe if I could read Polish it is explained in the video -

It's like firing a nuke to kill a bee. Overkillllllllll!

looks like you would need a ladder to reach into the bins...very nice ,none the less.....

Nice, but it seems like it would only be good for serious expedition use, and not very utilitarian. No safe room for extra passengers, you wouldnt want a load of lumber or wood in the back, and you may not want all your expensive recovery gear and electronics loaded in there all the time either.

Very nice work though, I wish I had the skills and time to build like that, but I would try and approach storage design with provisions for more space and keep things a bit more minimalistic.

For instance, if your wheeling in a loaded up two person rig, with someone else in the same setup, and one rig breaks do you ride out on the roofrack and leave an expensive rig with $10K+ worth of goodies in the bush?

The argument makes no sense. How do you know what their design criteria is based upon, and why are you imposing yours upon their implementation? It appears the Patrol can accommodate one rear passenger. The Defender setup is sweet.

I think it's fantastic, maybe because it has many similarities to my current approach and I appreciate their ideas. They've implemented it so much better. The lit compartments are genius. Along with the potential fridge ventilation, the thing I noticed is the use of drawer slides which steal some space. Friction drawers have worked well for me in a similar platform, but slides feel great in use. I have seen similar materials use and it is very light and strong. The wood used by this company appears thicker though.

Would love to crawl around it in person.

they don't say in the video how the fridge ventilation works, but if you e-mail them they do speak English. Nice quality looking product but it is very much specialized, if you want passengers you sacrifice cargo space (or get a trailer), the biggest issue with any company trying to do something like this is that everyone wants something different and customized to their needs. One person will whine about lack of passenger room while another will wonder why every ounce of space has not been converted to storage. Can't make everyone happy, that's why I just build my own stuff for my own truck....and because I can :D
