Looking for a Holley carburetor and the Downey Offroad filter assembly for my 40.

I no longer have any of the Downey air cleaners, but you can look at my ebay #265785886120 (rebuilt and fully baffled Holley 350). I have the adapter in another kit in my ebay #255635889918, but I can take it out of that kit for you. To see what I did to the carburetor, look at my ebay #265210899173 (baffle kit, explains why this is necessary).
