This pic is of a bj74 suspension seats fitted to a Bundera I found at a wrecking yard in Grafton. The rear floor pan slopes back unlike our pick up's and troopys. I will check the troopy with suspension seats later this week to see if it's Toyota or aftermarket.

Yes. Our floor (at least on mine) does'nt look like this.
On the parts catalog of two differents models, the drawings seems to show differences on the bases. The part numbers are not the same on BJ's and HZJ's
As an example:
1987 BJ73L: 73810-90K01 LH suspension seat assy
1996 HZJ70L 73810-60010 LH suspension seat assy

Thanks for investigating

The pick up cab with the raised floor and low roof won't work with the troopy suspension seats unless I get the Bundera floor pans welded in and lose the forward fuel tank to compensate for the lower floor pan. The troopy has a higher roof line so there is a bit more head room when bouncing the seats.

From what I can understand. short Wheel base 70's, since they are more passenger vehicules with rear seats have the floor pan that slopes at the back for rear passengers feets so those suspension seats ( that were exclusive, or more usual on those wheelbases) would'nt fit on cargo Land Cruiser like the 75 troopy or pick-up.
