thanks ,the bed was locally made,it's what all the pick-ups use in Madeira.iIts all metal except for the side panels, on the outside,the inside is all metal,I will the some pic of the inside and under the bed so you can see it better.

Got good and bad news,been quite a hectic few months,sold my beloved HJ47,I nearly cried.Hope it's new owners in Zambia look after it like I did!
The good news is I sold my HJ47 because I bought myself the best HJ47 on the island.
It's a Ex-South African HJ47,one owner,all original and get this,it has 40999km, yes you read right 40999km,all documented, I've been after this HJ47 for about 7 years and finally got it right.
The only reason the owner sold it to me is because he is moving to Australia to live with his kids.
