Looking for some help identifying this part, I’m no mechanic so hopefully someone can educate me. I broke this plastic piece attached to a rod that I believe controls air flow? I can’t seem to find it in any parts manual and need to find other where I can get another one. Any help appreciated.

What year and is it left hand or right hand steering and origin as in Australia or?
Cheers

Is that the right side of the compartment (Pass side)?
Also that hose looks as if it has a solid rod in it as in to block any flow off.
Does the side look like this for the pump side. Getting it narrowed down. You just need a part number correct.

Yes, it’s the passenger side of the engine compartment. It’s the little white plastic piece that screws to the end of the Rod the connects the rod to the ball joint

Sorry Without seeing the whole picture of the part were it starts and goes it kind of hard to pin point the part. Is it conected to a linkage on the pump?

I am guessing he is referring to this rod (context photos really help OP!) -

If so, replace the plastic bit with a carburetor throttle linkage stud ball

Okay I see what he was referring to good job.

Part number
21905CROD, ACCELERATOR CONNECTING(FOR VENTURI)
21905-47031

Looks as this part is no longer available but there are plenty on places you can find a device to replace that part or even make a new rod from scratch.

Check sor.com to see if they have it. Can check partsouq.com or toyodiy.com as way to ID it. Check under venturi.

Almost looks like the same linkage you see on the carb. Linkage.

The last thing I will say is you can use the part number in the toyodiy site and see what other models use this same part.
