HJ/PJZ75 Parts interchangeability with 40series

Do any 75 parts interchange with the 40 series landcruisers?
I can get a few brand new parts and would like to know if there is any interchangeability as the part numbers are similiar

Wheels,diffs, some engine parts,not much else.

Similar is not usually the same.

Whatever you have,70 or 40,you are better off sourcing the correct parts
