My '85 HJ75 doesn't have them and there is no evidence it ever did.
I've noticed inconsistencies in applications where they were installed or not, almost a random selection of 73/75s I've paid specific attention to.
They fasten through the hood, so would think it'd be evident if they'd been on before.

I would be surprised if Oz yota would have this part, if not an oz part, more than likely not showing, or if showing would need to get from japan , Try amayama, ship to your door , no brainer
Interesting as my 73 that came from Holland has them installed and from all indications they were a factory install.
