hj 60 and fj 62 a/t , are they the same ??

this is probably a simply answer for you pros with many years of cruisers, just bough hj 60 with a/t and fj62 with a/t are they the same tranny, how do i know if they are and if drive train is swapable from one to the next. ollie.

As I understand it the transmissions themselves are basically the same, but with an engine specific torque convertor. Not certain on the valve body, may be engine specific to yield different shift points.
