Hitch mounted basket/rack

Can anyone tell me what's the best hitch mounted basket/rack so I can carry a bit extra for road trip?
I like the Yakima rooftop cargo, but need to remove when going under a parking garage...

I use a folding aluminum basket/rack I've had since 1996. It holds 500 lbs and is worth it IMO over the price of the cheap nonfolding models.

I have had two slightly lesser versions than above: all steel and a cheap aluminum one. I switched from the steel version to save a little weight but the cheapo floor of this aluminum one bends and breaks. Either go with the steel version commonly sold everywhere (doesn't have as nice of side rails as above but gets it done) or go with the one above. I think the price difference could be significant though.
