Highest wattage H-4 bulb I can use without installing relays?

Any thoughts from the group on the highest wattage H4 bulbs I can use in my truck without adding in additional relays? My current bulbs are invisible on low beam and need an upgrade.

Could be your reflectors are the problem - dirty, pitted or poor design.

Not much point going higher watts unless you upgrade all the wiring. I put in new reflectors and new high output but standard wattage globes, much better around town. On the open road I used driving lights.
