Hard to tell from vids.
Sounds louder when you are standing on the passenger side by the intake.
Thinking maybe something with the fuel pressure because it didn't start immediately and kept on after.
Where's your evap stuff? That stuff could also be a culprit.

EVAP stuff or possibly a vacuum leak that's the perfect size and flow to whistle. It did change pitch when revved but not by much.
im thinking vacuum leak since it continues and dies out after the engine is shut off. is the pcv valve cracked, could be just the right size to make a whistle
