High beam indicator light dashboard not working

These are 12V clusters that need to be modified to operate on 24V with a dropping resistor. Also the terminal left of the bright indicator needs to be grounded. This is from the FSM for your truck, see how the 24V cluster differs from the 12V. The trace is broken and a dropper resistor is installed, and the ground side (left) of the bright light indicator is grounded via circuit trace. Not sure if the 24V oil pressure gauges are different than 12V.
