100W would destroy the reflector bowl in a matter of weeks. But that's not my concern....why are you even thinking about adding 100W HIDs to a reflector bowl? I'm not going to get into it again, but you are better off just driving around with your high beams on. It would produce less glare

35s are real bright, 55s are hell bright, I think a 100w system would literally blind oncoming drivers.

Ah, I don't see a problem I the high beams, as long as they are for short term use. The 100's reflector bowl is extremely well made, I'd say go for it for high beams. Just one more problem....HID's take time to warm up. You won't have a high beam for the first 7 seconds after you flip the switch. Also, you loose the ability to "flash to pass" or flashing to let people in. It's not good for the system to rapid fire. However, if you plan on running 100W or extended periods of time. You won't have much reflector left after a weeks heavy use.

I'm glad I asked the question here before I purchase them that's a lot of good information to think about

You ought to consider retrofitting a bi-xenon Hid projector. The same projector is used for both high and low beams....it has a mechanical shield(so you can still use your high beams to flash. Using a properly aimed projector will not blind oncoming traffic...while the pair will produce 7,000 lumens. You could do dual bi-xenons for 14,000 lumens.

Here is a video showing how they work.

Is there a step-by-step how to retrofit your lenses and can you retrofitted 2007 lens or is there somewhere you can actually purchase them already done

Nowhere officially done but I have done the quadxenon retro to my 06+ look headlights. I will eventually be doing the core exchange for the 06+ units as well, but not for a couple of months

just search projector retrofit here on ih8mud and it should show up. Here is a closeup photo of my projector setup on my hundy
