I imported this van from Japan about a year and a half ago and its right hand drive.
-5 speed manual
-diesel engine
-about 112k .
I've had it since 93k and its been great. Just before i picked it up from an importer in BC there was about $3000 worth of maintenance done on it, all preventive, such as the timing belt, new tires, tune up and a new high flow rad kit as these are prone to over heating without it. Be weary of anything out there without this modification! This van has been trouble free and has lots of room and head space, and seats 8. It has power windows and a/c. Its also great in the winter with the 4 wheel drive, though they are manual locking hubs. So why am I selling it? I planned on running this van til it died but I have since decided that this van is just not for me. I don't use it alot as I mostly take transit to work. Its just too much room for a single person. It would be more ideal for a family and/or someone who needs alot of room hauling stuff around.
As for the right hand drive... a bit funny at first but I guarantee that within a few weeks you will not notice much difference. Its NOT like learning to drive again, its just getting used to the opposite blind spots.
I have all the info you will need to get this van serviced and numbers to call to order parts if you are into maintaining it yourself.
Yes, its a sixteen year old vehicle but you wouldn't know it. Its in great shape inside and out.
As you may already know these diesels are not speed demons but do have a lot of low end power/torque.
Only serious inquiries please but if you like it give me an email.
Thanks
