Hi Guys,
I've been a Toyota driver for the last 13 years. Started in the Tercel4wd forums with my 1985 Tercel. Sold it back in 2008 with 502000 km on it. Found out it finally died the other day. Had a 1990 Corolla 4WD wagon for a year, sold that and got a 2008 Camry Hybrid for 2 years, traded that in for a 2010 Camry Hybrid for 2 years, then traded that in for my current ride, a 2012 highlander Hybrid. Anyway missed having my 4WD. I work at the local Toyota dealership and a 100 series LC came in on trade May 2013 but in really, really rough shape. The list of what was good on it would have been shorter than what was wrong. It sat until January 2014 when I decided to buy it and bring it back to life. Took me a month to make it roadworthy and with time I put some 33" BFG All terrain tyres on it and an Old Man Emu suspension. Also put on the receiver mount Warn Zeon 10s winch. Its come in handy a few times. Really happy with the LC. I bought it to tow my snowmobiles. My Highlander doesn't really like the steep and deep in winter. Pictures to follow later.
