Hi,

I'm looking for the Toyota part number for the wiring grommet that sits low inside each rear quarter panel on each side of the 100 Series (at least the ones I've looked at including on my 2003 LX).

It is quite large and has a great boot for the wiring loom - on an old 105 I never had any issue getting wires through the loom/boot, but on the LX it is "chocka-block" (full) so I want to drill a big ole and put in another grommet.

I've checked the usual Australian suspects for similar grommets without success (for the Aussies Supercheap, Repco etc as well as tested the parts interpreters at local Tojo dealers).

So over to the experts... Can you please help?

Cheers,
Andrew

I looked everywhere I could think of for grommets like that. No dice unless you want to buy 1000 of them. Your best bet is to do what I did, go find a similar one in a junkyard and hack the wires out of it.

chosen solution - a couple of glands

I found a mate who could help with a couple of glands, although I'm sure they usually cost $30 ea or so.

Should do the job.
