What’s good brotha, I’m having the same problem and was wondering if you were able to find the solution for it? Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you!
When I sold the truck the sound went away. :)

Figured I'd walk through some of my journey with the vibration at idle. My back ground is Euro stuff where we are swapping mounts on 50k mile cars all day long to correct this stuff.
Walk through some of the stuff I did. All parts are OE from dealer or impex.

1. Bottle of techron when I first got it. No noticeable change.
2. Replaced trans mount when doing axles/flanges. Nice change in the R-D clunk, not much for idle vibration though.
3. Replaced breather hoses, idle up hose, and PCV valve.
4. Replaced engine mounts. Nice improvement, but not as big as I'd like, honestly in my opinion this took care of so much of the R-D clunk.
5. Replaced spark plugs (Denso) when doing valve cover gaskets. Previous owner replaced plugs/coils about 50k ago with Denso.
6. Bottle of Redline SI1 before oil change. Solid improvement. Started stocking this stuff at work a lot because of how much it helped.
7. Clean throttle body and disconnected battery. No change, throttle body was quite clean, I'm guessing it was cleaned somewhat recently before my purchase.
8. Replaced MAF and disconnected battery. I was going to just clean it but as my local dealer stocked it I figured I might as well replace it. This actually made quite an improvement.

Mine went away after I replaced PCV and hoses. PO had some DIY hoses that were pinched at the bends. Also replaced the air filter and oil at the same time but my money is on the PCV.
