No idea, but it looks simple enough to recreate with basic tools.
Find a local shop to copy one?

Agreed. ConFerr made one, but it was one piece, welded. The SOR was a break-down kit for ease of shipping.

The second smaller hole at the top matches the holes used to bolt the side on. Guessing it was at least yes years now a member who has been gone for a while did some horse trading on PTO. He had split T case parts and wanted one piece T case parts. We met in Yuma AZ because the cost of shipping driveshaft. He had a few parts he planned to recycle and asked if I wanted them. One was a Warn electric winch which I passed on to a local member because I believe in carma. The other was the brush guard. He had a hard time fitting it in his SUV. Pulled out a couple of wrenches I had it broke. My Sequoia had plenty of room but much easier to handle in pieces. Before I had the Sequoia found a Craigslist ad for a bull bar off a Australian troopy. Barely fit in our 4th gen 4Runner. Couldn't imagine how much it would cost to ship a bull bar today. The Specter break down brush definitely would have an advantage with today's shipping cost.
