Help...Power Steering banjo bolt (1 Viewer)

On my '97, on the power steering inlet banjo bolt, it looks like there is a plastic sleeve around the outside. The union bolt broke loose, but even with a wrench on it, I can't get the banjo bolt free. Does this sleeve need to come off?

Do you have a pic of what youre talking about? i dont' know of a plastic sleeve, but my experience is with 95. iirc, it does bolt into a nut section on the pump that might come loose...you'd prefer it didn't because there is a spring and check valve in there.

I got it off...I just needed a bigger wrench.
