Help Power Drain! 2013 LC200

Found a power drain from the 22-RH-J/B Fuse and the 39-AM2 - 5A Main Body ECU. Toyota tried to charge me $1,800 to 'look' for it!!

Any help??
 
Look for water in the kick panels and in those junction boxes
