Help - Oil Leek (1 Viewer)

The Oil appears to be coming from the front of the Transfercase(Looking from the left side).
How do I fix it?

well, i have the same exact leak.
when i rebuild my case i made especially sure to get that housing sealed on there real nice with the gasket sealer and what-not.... but it still leaks.

you can try to drain the case and get the housing off to put on a new gasket (complete rebuild gasket kit is cheap) and see if that helps.
it's been a while since i did mine and i can't remember if you have to take the shift linkage off.

If your oil is leaking from the front driveshaft on the transfer case you'll have to replace the oil seal. Check out specter off road, they have detailed diagrams of the transfer case. I've replaced these seals on my two fj40's, it's pretty simple.
