Hello Mud...I need some help. I'm in the process of painting my '96 lx450 in white (Yes, full thread coming soon with build). I've been able to find all the flare pads in black except the two for the rear wheels. I basically need part numbers 61789-60040-C0 and 61794-60040-C0. I ordered all the pads in Black from local dealership but unfortunately was given these two in dark gray to later find out that black is not made anymore. I'm hoping someone may be familiar with who might still have these available.

Same thing just happened to me. White LX450 and needed them in bronze. I had to order the dark grey. I am wondering if they can be painted?

Anyone with experience with this? Tips would be appreciated...

There is a Mud member who sells aftermarket black fender flare gaskets/pads; they may look better installed than the OEM as they appear to have a glossy surface, where the OEM pads are kinda dull rubber looking. Try a search, I'll add the link if I can find it.

I would not attempt to paint the rubber pads/gaskets.

Hi... sorry for bringing this back,I’m in the process of painting my lx450 and I need new flare pads,do you guys have the part number for them,I need all of them either black or dark grey.
Thanks guys

Here is MUD guy who sells them
For Sale - Fender Flare Trim Gasket Set

I've done these and OEM. OEM slightly better fit and adhesive on both sides which helps adhere flare to the body. Either will work.
