Help me pick a turbo for a BJ42 3B

I'm hunting for a turbo for my 3B and have been trawling the threads trying to compile the specifics required. So far i've got

T25 flange
0.49 A/R turbine (or there abouts)

What else should I add to the list to help in the search for one? (and make a useful resource for others)

I'm actually looking at this one and wondering if it will work well.

Most turbo's from gassers of 2.5 liter displacement will work decently well. Troll the wreckers it's probably cheaper. Look for Garrett or Holset, they're probably better than some of the others.
